Awesome Paan Singh.. still few areas of improvements

Paan Singh Tomar is so well made that it is very difficult to write about it in this blog.. because this blog is only about Areas of Improvement for the makers of a particular movie.
Still the job taken in hands has to be done. So here is my take on Paan Singh Tomar.
(Note: The awesomeness of this movie has not been taken into consideration here. Read Rajeev Masand’s, Taran Adarsh’s and TOI’s reviews for that; Both gave 3.5/5 )

1. After Bhanwar Singh’s Death, I felt the movie is about to end but it stretched for good 45 minutes after that. It could have been shortened.
2. Timeline mentioned as foot note on the screen could have been better. It was difficult to assess when and where the events were happening. E.g. When Bhanwar sing was killed, when the act of 9 gurjar killing happened etc.
3. Also, time and places mentioned in footnotes would made it better to understand for how much time Paan singh was on the run before killing Bhanwar Singh.

As I said Paan singh Tomar is so well crafted, it is very difficult to find these points. Romcom lovers will still find many missing elements like Munni-song and slow motion hero-villain hand combat at climax.. but trust me they are not needed and this movie is not obliged to squeeze them in.
